Terms of Service
In this agreement, "the Company" means PlayPilot and the companies connected to it. "The Services" is what we call our design tools, storytelling platforms, and creative SaaS products. That includes: (a) the cloud infrastructure or "Platform" we host and maintain, or our partners do; (b) the client application or "Tools" that runs on your device.
1. Grant of a Limited License
When you accept these Terms of Service and follow them, you get a license to use the Services. You can't: (a) use the Services to make money, unless it's your own creative projects; (b) modify the Services without permission, reverse engineer them, or use tools designed to get around them; (c) give anyone unauthorized access or create workarounds; (d) mess with the Services or get in the way of other users; (e) break any laws or regulations while using the Services.
2. Eligibility
You're confirming that you can legally agree to this in your area, or you're a parent or guardian signing off for a minor.
3. Ownership
Everything here is ours or our licensors' property. That means user accounts, code, binaries, documentation, graphics, animations, sound, design work, and all the data.
4. User Accounts
We can suspend, terminate, or change your account whenever we want, for any reason, and we don't have to tell you first.
5. Indemnity
We're not responsible for what happens because of the Services or how you use them. That covers lost account data, deleted content, lost progress, or your device breaking. Server downtime, bugs, performance issues, and lag aren't our liability either. You agree to cover us if anyone sues or claims something because of how you used the Services.
6. Termination
We can end this agreement whenever we decide to, no reason needed, no warning.
7. Changes to this Agreement or the Services
We can change these terms or the Services whenever we want.
